She was so kind, professional, and made the whole process easy and stress-free. The tans turned out absolutely beautiful. Had a prenatal massage here today with Diane. Whole spa is absolutely spotless and relaxing. All staff are very friendly. Diane is amazing, I will be back every month. I was able to book my appointment the same day due to a cancellation which was greatly appreciated. Can’t wait to try other services! This place is a gem, 10/10 recommend.
I would also rate my experience as a zero. The massage employee canceled twice and used the excuse that her relative passed away. *(This is a sad moment in everyone's life.) Facebook is a pain for some at times when their excuse doesn't match their apparent plans for Chicago on the weekend. This was upsetting and grounds for a refund. I had a deep tissue massage for the first time. It was amazing! I appreciated that they use hot stones, cupping, and other methods to help alleviate my symptoms. I will definitely be coming back.
