Hi, my name is Steve. I’m a resident of white rock Senior Village. I’ve just found out Rachelle Devries has not been offered a new contract and I feel that to be a mistake She is well liked and go’s out her way to help She brings joy to every one here and I hope you reconsider bringing her back
I am very pleased with the services here at Crescent Gardens. Staff personnel are excellent, helpful, friendly and very reliable. The kitchen staff are excellent and the chefs prepare tasty food with a choice of food on the menu. Entertainment throughout the week is good and entertaining. Even weekly bus trips to go shopping. My mom has been at WRSV for 9 months now and which has been a big transition for her going from a large farm to a one bed apartment. WRSV is clean and safe and this was a very important part of our decision to where she would go. The residents have welcomed her with open arms and the Staff -the staff has been so nice to deal with. From the reception to Meal Services who make sure she's eating, and Rachelle who knows all residence and takes the time to ask "hows your day?", is so lovely to see. So my Mother passed on the 27 th day of the month and sure enough our account was billed for the next month. After notifying the person in charge that there charge prompted a insufficient funds penalty we were given an apology and told there was nothing they could do about it because the charge goes through automatically on the 27 th day of the month for the next month. Beware !!!! This doesn’t happen to you.
