I found many of the care workers very friendly at the nursing home. MY husband really liked Melissa on the first floor. Now he is on the second floor and when our son passed Sarifa was there when I told him and she was very kind to the both of us. When he got Covid Sarifa was very attentive to his needs. She was very kind to both of us and still is very kind,
I highly recommend WRSV. My mom had no place to live and all her belongings were lost after a fire in mission at her seniors home. The staff at WRSV have been a true blessing. They provided a fully furnished suite and welcomed my mom with care and empathy. Bravo WRSV
Hi, my name is Steve. I’m a resident of white rock Senior Village. I’ve just found out Rachelle Devries has not been offered a new contract and I feel that to be a mistake She is well liked and go’s out her way to help She brings joy to every one here and I hope you reconsider bringing her back
Right from the beginning of my research for a home for my mom . Rachelle was Great , showing her knowledge of the next step (Chapter) for my mom. Showing us several suites that were available. The process was made ease . Everyone seemed happy to say hi from residents to the staff. The addition of having a mover to recommend to us for the move also was a big help. I am very pleased with the services here at Crescent Gardens. Staff personnel are excellent, helpful, friendly and very reliable. The kitchen staff are excellent and the chefs prepare tasty food with a choice of food on the menu. Entertainment throughout the week is good and entertaining. Even weekly bus trips to go shopping. For those residents in wheel chairs who need assistance, it’s always available. Medical service is available for residents as needed. The rooms are large, well equipped with regular maintenance.
