I have had only good experiences. Short lines. Friendly staff.
They found the one star review and called and wanted it take it down. As stated they are manipulative toward the elderly and if you speak out they will harass you. longtime enumclaw resident please go to a different bank in town instead.
Run away from this bank! I was fooled that this would be a good bank for an elderly person. There was an unfamiliar charge on my family member account with no service rendered. They would not dispute or refund the charge. My family member is out of $178 that vanished into thin air. There was no service or product rendered. The manager was no help. If you are elderly they will not help you get your money back. Please go to becu instead that's what I use and they are understanding.
Very difficult bank to deal with. Recommend going elsewhere.
