Run away from this bank! I was fooled that this would be a good bank for an elderly person. There was an unfamiliar charge on my family member account with no service rendered. They would not dispute or refund the charge. My family member is out of $178 that vanished into thin air. There was no service or product rendered. The manager was no help. If you are elderly they will not help you get your money back. Please go to becu instead that's what I use and they are understanding.
Very difficult bank to deal with. Recommend going elsewhere.
Worst experience ever very rude and unprofessional
Thought it was going to be a good bank for me. That turned out to be a BIG MISTAKE. for over 2 months i noticed i was losing out on more money than i have been spending. I keep my receipts and check my balance frequently. Then i noticed that the bank was taking the money i had transferred to checking from savings had been moved back with out my permission and they charged me and overdraft transfer fee.
