I have had this account for years, not recommended. Service is always so slow, ATM is constantly shut down, the website-horrible, no navigatigating and not mobile friendly and aleays shut down for "maintenance". I have been locked out of my account numerous times for regular purchases at Walmart and Costco for no reason at all. They have my phone number for many years ago, yet it won't allow me to update it, so I actually have access to my account to check what is available, pending, balance etc. Savings interest return is g... read more
Been a member for many years, never had any issues or concerns. Pleasant and competent staff. Competi tive rates.
Does not allow for large transactions. Poor communication. Holds deposited checks for multiple days after deposit. Will not allow Zelle transfers more than $1000. Constant issues with online banking.
