I tried to make an appointment, was told my medical records had to be reviewed first. After 3 days of the initial call, I received a call from the office staff saying that he was refusing to take me on as a patient. No reason why was given. Am filing a complaint with the Texas Medical Board.
Rudest receptionist ever!!!!!!! So mean and uncaring!
The Doctors are Wonderful they listen take there time with you very caring. There staff is the worst staff I have encountered they don't mind violating you hippa law, n when you tell them, they hold a grudge n find a way to stop you from coming. They are very UNPROFESSIONAL, there dress is not what to do in a professional office of business. Again Doctore GREAT staff not good at all
