The customer service was exceptional from start to finish, and we couldn’t be happier with our purchase. My wife and I had an outstanding experience at White Pine Bicycle Company. I called on Monday to ask about a couple of bikes we were interested in, and the staff went out of their way to assemble an Aventon Adventure 3 e-bike so we could see it in person. When we arrived on Wednesday afternoon, we fully intended to take it for a test ride, but after feeling how heavy it was, we became a little reluctant. My wife and I went in and asked lots of questions about e-bikes. Quinn helped us out. After answering all of our questions we decided to buy. No pressure sales. He called when our bikes were ready and we went down and paid for our bikes. Quinn showed us how to set up and use the bikes as they were different models. FANTASTIC service from all the staff we had the pleasure of interacting with. Thanks again!!
