Everything I ordered showed up quick, but a window was broken and I am now out ~175 bucks with tax and shipping on the window. UPS won't cover it because there was not any foam padding between the glass and outside of the box. This must be a reoccurring issue because their website says "NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR BROKEN GLASS", but it is still their responsibility to at least package it with thick foam on all sides so it has a chance of surviving. Frankies Produce Farms in Goshen NY currently has 16 MA35A2 Trucks. Ordered 2 new air brake air-packs which were installed and found to be defective and were removed immediately in Aug of 2022. The brakes never completely release. Called and complained only to get yelled at.
WOW! (Best word I could think of) I emailed and also spoke with George about some parts I needed for my M35A2 restoration project. The only thing I can say that is not 100% positive, is that when looking at the website, it does not accurately reflect the inventory or availability of parts. Great place for all the heavy duty needs. Slings and straps to binders and hooks they have all the odd ball things that you cant find anywhere else. Friendly staff that will help you however they can.
