Really bad customer service. We were the only ones in the store and the gentleman on the computer didn’t help us with anything. Also, most if their items don’t have a price tag, so good luck guessing the price because no one will come and assist you.

Edited: It took them more than 6 months for delivery. They are very slow and vague about updates and follow ups.

I ordered a loveseat at a full price back in November 21, 2021 and never received it. I had checked with them before I made the order and was assured that they had one in stock and could be delivered to me within a couple of weeks. However, a manager from their facility called the next day I made the purchase (and after the payment has gone through) to inform me that they would be able to send the item to me in January 2022.
