Love coming to do the hair appointments at the salon at the White Oaks. Very lovely welcoming staff, professional,sincere and very supportive. They have cozy vibes & modern home feel to it.
I search many memory care facilities, and finally found the perfect one for my mother. This place is so great with lots of activities during the day bingo, music, Service Dogs, getting her nails done. I love the staff. I’ve done some events with my mother and I’m so happy. I chose a good place for the care of my mom. She is very happy thank you for being such an awesome group of people.
I absolutely love this facility! I am a hospice RN case manager and I visit multiple facilities this has to be one of my favorites . The care DON Cheryl , nurses and cnas provide on a daily basis is exceptional because they truly care for the wellbeing of their residents. If it came down to placing a family member here I know this is a facility I would trust
White Oaks Spring Street is the home away from home you are looking for . Set back like a residential home. The staff greets you with smiles and hands on care. As a visiting nurse throughout Kane county I’ve often recommended this facility for its top notch care. The rooms are large and cozy. The outdoor area is lush and beautiful. I moved my grandmother here about two and a half years ago, and it has been one of the best decisions I’ve made. Before this, she was in another private-pay facility where she was often agitated, frequently complained, and her needs were not properly assessed, particularly her need for memory care. Her clothes and room were often unclean, and the overall level of care was disappointing. Since moving to White Oak, the change has been remarkable.
