This place is amazing!!! We are so grateful we found this place for our family members. The staff there goes above and beyond for both those transitioning to next chapter as well as their loved ones. You immediately feel the community and staff feels like family. We are so glad we found this place for my in-laws. My in-laws will also give 5 stars for the delicious meals there. The “restaurant” style dining makes you feel like you are living your best life!!!
if I could give zero stars I would! Place has gone down hill to the point board of health should be called to SHUT IT DOWN. No cleaners, awful management by Torres, laundry room full of poop filled dirty diapers overflowing out of a trash can. I could smell it from my room down the hall. This place is a death trap. If you love your family members that are living here, you’ll take em out!
My Mom has only been living at White Oaks for a few weeks now and she loves it! She loves the food, loves her apartment, loves the people who live here and who work here! Such a great transition from her big home!
For the money paid, you don’t get much..The WiFi, which should be top of the line, is weak and spotty. Very frustrating for older people who want to watch tv or go on their computer. Not acceptable . Not sure if they are short staffed or what, but my Aunt hasn’t had her bed changed in 3 weeks. Super disappointing. And complaints, which my Aunt hates to do bring zero results. Save you $$ and look elsewhere. Food is edibles but if your late, don’t expect to get exactly what you wanted.
