Very poor experience. Vehicle purchased new developed issue no response to contact for clarification on position, eventually ask for settlement and charging full interest on 5yr agreement only in place months unlike any other HP agreement. Absolute con. Be careful and get legal advice before going into a contract with these people. No key facts explained. They hide behind small prints in contracts. Would not recommend and now taking complaint to the financial ombudsman
