This facility is wonderful. The last time my MIL needed nursing care We chose the facility next to her retirement apartment. It was truly terrible. This time we chose White Oak. We couldn’t have been happier with her care. Every nurse and CNA were just amazing They took such good care of her and the other patients. They use the concept of neighborhood so it’s a little bit smaller group of patients. They have a common area for dining so there’s lots of interaction between patients. Workers are pleasant and the facility is nice. I was visiting, so I have no information about first-hand care of the patient.
Everyone is so welcoming and helpful.Very friendly place to visit!
