I had to go here for a few weeks for rehab and IV antibiotics. Day shift always had excuses for why they didn't answer my call light for over an hour. I started taking notes, writing down times I pushed the light and when it was answered. Often someone would come in, turn off my call light and give an excuse and say they would be back "in a minute" only to have them come back in an hour or two. Very pleased with the good care and responsive staff doing the best they could under extreme conditions due to the pandemic. My recovery from open heart surgery was very good and I thank the staff immensely.
