Unreal the low level of care.
This facility gave my mom the best medical care that I could have asked for. We moved my mom to a closer location for us, but two months later we were asking to come back because my mom wasn’t getting the care that she got at Kings Mountain. From the administration to the nursing, the CNA‘s the social workers I couldn’t have asked for better for my mom. Thank you Kings Mountain. WOM..
This facility and the staff there are one of a kind , from the higher ups to the cna and kitchen staff !!! They are amazing and the residents have so much love from every single one of them who walk through that door !!!
I visited this facility today for a job interview and I was so surprised about how the patient’s look clean and happy. And I was also surprised that the facility was so clean many nursing homes I have worked at is so nasty but it was clean and that’s a plus with patients cleanliness and facility cleanliness. And everybody was so nice with great attitude
