Excellent and friendly environment for residents and employees of all backgrounds
As mentioned in most comments..there are only a few nurses that are doing their job. CNAs ...once they know and see that a family member keep a parent or uncle clean during evening shift ...you do not see them. A nurse has had to assist in helping clean up family member that was left with dried feces. Wow!!! . There are other residents that have sat in a w/c soaked with urine and feces. Why??...this is very alarming. Seems to laid- back of a facility..DON really needs to address these issues with the staff.
Was not that very impressed.
We have had a good experience here. It always tough to find a good nursing home, and White Oak has done right by us.
