I was here for 20 days trying to get a wound to heal on my amputation. Most everyone was super nice and helpful. I want to go out of my way though to talk about my Monday-Friday, first shift CNA. His name is Junior and he's from Haiti. This man has one of the best work ethics I've ever seen. He remembers tiny details of what his patients likes and is also mindful about privacy. If I could leave 0 stars would. My grandpa stayed here & they neglected him. They weren’t feeding or bathing him. They were also ABUSING him. Hitting him with anything they could find. My grandpa was discharged from this facility & was in the hospital for a few weeks before he passed away. The doctors stated he was malnourished, had poor circulation in bilateral extremities & had osteomyelitis in both feet. If you care about your loved ones, don’t send them here. This place is hell for vulnerable residents.
