I would give negative stars if I could. My grandmother died here due to negligence in November 2023. She fell out of bed and laid on the floor for hours before someone came to her. She broke her femur and had bruises all over her body. Different people gave us different versions of what happened and we couldn't get a straight answer. The staff are wonderful but the place is greatly understaffed. It could be a great place if the owners decided to put money into the business instead of running it strictly for profit. Being one of the very few rehabs in summerville they get large amounts of referrals from trident hospital. They are milking the medicare system for every penny without any regard for the patients and staff.

White oak is a bit of an older facility, but my Dad has been in this rehab for several weeks now. Everything seems to be going well. The staff (nurses, cna's as well as therapists) seems to be supportive and kind. His rehab was going really well until he had symptoms that sent him over to the hospital. After being stuck in the hospital for some time we've had to start from square one with rehab, but I'm confident that the team at White oak Manor will get him strong again.
