Good, kind people unload quickly.
Very bad experience – poor communication between the estimator and the loading team, furniture damaged in transit, and the manager cussing inside the house during loading which was pretty unprofessional. At unloading, basically stacking items in a pile without communication which required hours and hours to dig through. Have moved many times for work, and never had an experience this bad.
