Bob did excellent work today on our Suburu Crosstrek. His website says it takes 7 to 8 hours for The Works, and that is how long he actually worked on our car, pretty much nonstop. Looked better than new when done. Bob's 2000 grit and 3000 grit buffing and polishing removed some long brush scratches that had survived several car washes and my own amateur attempts to rub them out.
