I have had nothing but good experiences with White Mountain stove shop for several years now. I bought a whole bunch of stove gaskets and cement a couple weeks ago with the help of Matt and staff. One of the gaskets was accidentally cut a little short. When I came back, Matt replaced it for free. Great customer service.
I’m letting everybody know that I tried the pellets at the stove shop in gorham nh on the BG and they’re not any better than going to tractor supply the Customer Service there isn’t the greatest so if you’re looking for good pellets go to tractor supply you pay less for them and they’re just the same. Why pay more money for pellets thinking that they last longer.
Friendly, knowledgeable, and always professional. Don't waste your time going elsewhere.
