White Mountain PT at the Atrium in Lakeside should be your first choice when needing PT. The staff is outstanding and worked with me to achieve me aggressive goals after having left knee total replacement surgery. At 4 weeks I hit my ROM and Flex goals and we moved to strength for my knee. Tomorrow is my last session focused on continuing rehab and strengthening on my own at a gym.
