Justin is amazing! He has scientific understanding of the way the body works and uses his knowledge to tailor his approach to wellness. When I arrived I could barely get out of bed. With his help, I became more mobile, energetic, and pain free. I was able to resume my former athletic activities. He is also very encouraging about anti-ageism and says that there is no need to scale down a thing until well into the eighties or nineties. I am rejuvenated! Thank you Justin and Matt!
Our Mother, Louisa, began her work with White Mountain PT several months ago to address many mobility issues and lymphedema. They were amazing and really helped Mom move better and feel better. They offered truly effective ways to continue her work at home. I would highly recommend them!

Best phicial therapy place I have ever been. I have been going to physical therapy off and on since my car accident in 1999. None of the other places I've been have made a difference in how I felt physically. I was at the point where I felt physical therapy was not any good. But I went to White mountain physical therapy and I felt improvement from the very first visit. They have one on one interactive with you, for the whole time. I would travel 2 hours one way to get here that's how good they are.
My husband and I and several friends have used White Mountain Physical Therapy over the past few years and have been really satisfied with their care and expertise. We like how they listen to your specific problems, provide well demonstrated exercises and thoughtful follow-up care. We highly recommend White Mountain Physical Therapy to anyone needing rehab after an injury, joint replacements, or body imbalances.
