I was unfamiliar with the eviction process, so I called for help. They issued a notice to vacate, but after that, I was left on my own. All communication stopped completely. When the deadline arrived for everyone to leave the property, some people were still there, and I was left feeling confused and unsure of what to do next.
Highly recommend! They move quick and you only pay for what you need! Extremely knowledgeable about the eviction process. We paid on a Tuesday evening and by Wednesday afternoon they had our holdover tenant served!
