Very irresponsible and rude. Not properly staffed with lifeguards so pool closed all week. Then filtration system breaks and pool is again closed for a week and counting. Nodia is rude and unprofessional in emails. You have tons of members paying for a service they cannot use. How about having spare parts for the pool to prevent this sort of thing? Or being sure to line up staffing a couple months BEFORE the season starts. Merritt club has a great rooftop pool in canton….price isn’t too different and get much more!
