This is my second time seeing Dr. Rubarz. Both times she has impressed me in how she goes about her examination with me. She thoroughly examines the eye, explaining things to me along the way, so I can understand; she answers my questions, if I have any, to my satisfaction; is not afraid to refer to a a specialist if she thinks there be a meed; and does an excellent job following up on work/referrals. Helped get a pice of metal out of my eye without insurance for $200 that was reasonable but when you attempted to charge me the same price for a follow up to check when it was said it was covered by the first payment I don’t think so
