I have been renting from White properties for almost 4 years now and still love it. Mike and Mason are always so welcoming and friendly when I go in the office and any time I’ve ever had a maintenance issue, it has been solved quickly and efficiently. I will continue to rent from them until I am ready to buy a home. Highly recommend!

Paid for my app fee & they agreed to allow me to paid the deposit half & half even set up a date. It was nvr their plan bc they rented the place right after it. Common courtesy no longer exists!
They don't fix anything they have gnats really bad the plumbing is horrible
