Website says you open at 10. I arranged my day to come to your Carlsbad location at 10 am. Very disappointed that the doors are locked, and there are no hours posted on your window. Every other store in the whole plaza has hours posted on their door. Again, very disappointed. I needed to purchase an outfit. Plan my whole day around 10 AM opening for your website. I had the pleasure of working today with Susan and Chai. Due to work scheduling, this was only time I could come in and was right before closing. They were no rush and we’re very accommodating and welcoming. Five minutes earlier went next-door to Chicos and wanted us to leave ASAP because they’re closing in a few minutes. I guess I know where I’m gonna come in the future for a wonderful shopping experience. Thank you!
Good place with sale racks too
It is 2023. Why is it that everyone after me received a greeting and asked if they needed help. I hate to throw any type of color in it, but seriously. That killed my experience here. Cute items in the store but I refuse to buy anything when the employee can't even ask if I needed help when she was doing nothing. Literally live in one of the most diverse areas, and felt like some outcast.
