Low inventory, not a big store compared to the Burr Ridge location. This location in Orland Park not only has little to choose from; its customer service is a bit rough around the edges. Maybe that is why this store is always empty?
Worse customer service. so uncomfortable. Never again online from here on.
Visited the Orland Park store for first time. There were at least 4 employees on the floor Not one of them greeted me or offered assistance. Won't be returning.
My go to place for dresses and they are always so helpful. Joan was great!
I love WHBM but I find this store very unfriendly. I agree with other reviewers that customers are definitely not all treated the same. It also may depend on which associate ends up helping you but I will drive to Oakbrook from now on.
