If there were a rating below 1 star, I would give it. I truly love this brand and the clothing, and I’ve been a loyal customer for years. Unfortunately, the customer service—especially from some of the women working at the store—has been extremely disappointing. They seem to only greet and acknowledge customers they “feel like” acknowledging. I had another bad experience recently. The worst customer service,the employees are very rude.I agree with the other options.That was my last time in this store.
Low inventory, not a big store compared to the Burr Ridge location. This location in Orland Park not only has little to choose from; its customer service is a bit rough around the edges. Maybe that is why this store is always empty?
