I tried to return a sweater that I purchased, and because of the return policy, there was no offer of store credit and no offer of a reconciliation. Just a shrug and I’m sorry from the sales clerk. I see no point in ever shopping here again. Life happens...sometimes we can’t get to things quickly enough as this store would like.
My favorite store. Sales associates are so personable and very helpful.
