HORRIBLE! shop at main stream stores, store manager smelled of smoke when I had to approach her about an exchange, rude to employees, I would rather spend the extra dollar than come here
Ask for Suzie...She's Great! The sales associates here are wonderful, they take the time to create outfits and find what looks best on you! I would highly recommend this store!!!
I have been very impressed by the customer service at this location. I basically just walk into the store & back to the dressing rooms & the stylists just bring me various outfits to try on (and I must admit most are cute & appropriate for my body type). If I am not in the mood for that & would prefer to browse myself, I simply say so & they leave me alone.
I love this store. The staff went out of their way to help me find things to suit my body type. They were very helpful with out being pushy and I have gotten tons of complements on the outfits that I purchased there. I felt the staff was very honest with out being hurtful. I.E. if I tried something on that didn't quite work they would suggest something else that would work. It was an enjoyable shopping experience and I recommend this store to everyone!
Me and my boyfriend went in to this store in the beginning of last month and purchased me a dress for this All White Affair that we planned to attend that weekend. The sales associate who helped me was very helpful and I ended up buying a dress and signing up for a frequent buyer card. However, when I went to White House Black Market on Friday, August 9, 2008 the service WAS TOTALLY DIFFERENT!! I love the selection of children's clothes. They have unique and more conservative styles than most stores. I just wish their prices were not so steep. Once in a while I can get a deal when items go on clearance.
