Very disappointing experience, no greeting or acknowledgement upon entering the store even though there was an asssociate folding clothes.One other customer in the entire store and 2 other associates no greeting or assistance, tried on a few things no help,left also without acknowledgement.Will never be back

By far, my favorite shops to find women's clothing! I've gone to BHWM for years. I would have ranked it a 5 Star, but within the last year or two the sizes have become random. Previously, I could walk in a store or go online, select my size and be guaranteed a perfect fit, not so anymore. Recently, my pants size has gone down and my jacket/blazer size up, although my size and the items in my closet are all the same size. As a former WHBM employee and repeat customer, I am disappointed at the lack of customer service at the Minnetonka, Mn location. Not ONE of the ladies greeted me, asked me if I needed assistance, or even made eye contact with me. Even after I made an effort to generate a conversation. It's not rocket science, it's called customer service. Especially when you literally spend thousands on this brand yearly. The clothing in this shop seems to be decreasing in quality over the years. The selections when we went seemed rather like fast fashion, with cheaper materials and construction. The shop manager was polite and helpful, but we were unable to find what we were looking for.
