Worst place you can ever shop at ! Never ever if it’s the last shop on earth ! Horrible customer service
Love this store and the staff are so friendly and helpful, especially the managers. I especially love this location and shop here over others specifically because of the customer service I receive. Plus they have the cutest clothes and styles that are hard to find anywhere else now days.
Staff is not friendly. Customer service does not exist in this store anymore. Rude even when checking out. I will shop online going forward
Very disappointing experience, no greeting or acknowledgement upon entering the store even though there was an asssociate folding clothes.One other customer in the entire store and 2 other associates no greeting or assistance, tried on a few things no help,left also without acknowledgement.Will never be back
By far, my favorite shops to find women's clothing! I've gone to BHWM for years. I would have ranked it a 5 Star, but within the last year or two the sizes have become random. Previously, I could walk in a store or go online, select my size and be guaranteed a perfect fit, not so anymore. Recently, my pants size has gone down and my jacket/blazer size up, although my size and the items in my closet are all the same size.
