Bad service specially from Kimberly!
I am extremely upset with the service I received at this store. I spent hours trying on items, finding the right sizes, and separating what I wanted to purchase. Since I planned to check out other stores for prices, I told the staff to hold my items and clearly said I would be back by the end of the day. The store’s own policy is to hold customer items until closing when requested. I even left my name and phone number, as required.
