I am extremely upset with the service I received at this store. I spent hours trying on items, finding the right sizes, and separating what I wanted to purchase. Since I planned to check out other stores for prices, I told the staff to hold my items and clearly said I would be back by the end of the day. I have been one of the most loyal clients of this store and always loved shopping here. I could have never imagined being treated the way I was. The service was not only disrespectful but felt discriminatory and profiling, and that is something I will never forget. To be judged, dismissed, and treated as if I did not matter because I speak Spanish is extremely upsetting. Loyalty and trust mean nothing if this is how customers are treated. I recently visited WHBM Outlet in Castle Rock, I was immediately welcomed and introduced to Jessica, she was friendly & so very helpful offering me many clothing options and helping me find the perfect fit in each and every one! She was juggling many clients at once and did so with grace. Thank you Jessica for making me feel my best self, I'll definitely be back!!!

Spent an hour in this store and had a blast! Shelley and her team were helpful and joyful. They made shopping enjoyable...maybe too enjoyable :). This is my new favorite store and it's because of these ladies, and the amazing selection and quality . Check it out!
