If i could give this store a zero i would. Horrible management, loud music are we in forever 21 ???? and clothes that are overpriced, and fall apart. It must be a requirement to be a bossy aggresive b to work here. I love black and white clothes but i'd rather shop somewhere else. A lot of the styles are very dowdy and not with the trends. I think they are for a woman with no imagination and has not got a clue how to put a wardrobe together.
Rude, Horrible Sales Person – Carolyn is the most horrible retail sales person I have ever encountered, telling me my jeans made me look wide and did nothing for my figure. Suprise Carolyn, my jeans were from YOUR STORE. Responded negatively to everything I put on and tried to force me into trying on things I did not have interest in. Ended up putting $300 worth of merchandise back and buying nothing.
Cash is not King at WH/BM – The customer service was outstanding and the associate that help me went out of her way to help me make decisions on clothes for my wife. But, I have a huge problem with WH/BM company policy on returns. My wife tried to return over $300 in clothes that I purchased for her in cash (I'm a very poor shopper). WH/BM would not let her return the one day old items because company policy will not allow them to carry that much money in the register.
