Really disappointed with how far Whitehorse has fallen. There was a time there was no 2nd option for me and my family. Top notch service, polite drivers, and an understanding they are providing a premium service. Recently however there has been 2 incidents that have caused me to say goodbye to this once staple of Raleigh. 1. The continuous use of the word scumbag by the driver in conversation with my parents while the driver rambled on. Our driver, Tom, was a delight to have at the helm for our trip. He arrived early to pick us up, worked hard to identify the best route to avoid traffic and was accommodating to all of our needs. He even came back by our house the next day to return some folding chairs that we’d forgotten in the van. 10/10 would use White Horse again and will be requesting Tom specifically. Thanks for making our evening easy and fun!
We used White Horse last night for the Post Malone concert! The service was outstanding! Tom was excellent, he picked us up on time, helped set the vibe for the night and went out of his way to make sure we had a good time! The company was very easy to work with and prompt with communication! Highly recommend for your next night out!!
