When I tell you that I have NEVER experienced GREAT customer service like this before, please believe me! The group of young ladies that are working in the White Hall location are 'TOP TIER'. They are very professional, courteous and quick. When I went in last month, I know there were at least 10 people ahead of me. My wait was minimal. This was almost at the end of the day when I made it there (4:00 pm to be exact).
I wanted to share that I visited for the first time and did not know the process. Lashonda took care to explain what paperwork I needed and what I needed to do. She was very polite and friendly and I enjoyed the visit instead of dreading it. Thank you for taking great care of me.

Lady at the office was incredibly rude. Asked for information and she told me I'd just have to google it. If you don't know, just say that. She should get a job elsewhere. Doesn't have the attitude or knowledge to be in customer service.
