Steady working, very short wait, I made an appt on line and checked in when I got there. 2 minutes later they called my name. I have 2 items to take care of she was efficient and polite
The new sign in, take a seat, and wait to be called process is a mess at this office. Scan a qr code to be waited on the older less tech savvy customers are totally confused. There needs to be a constant video playing on screen to explain the process.
When I tell you that I have NEVER experienced GREAT customer service like this before, please believe me! The group of young ladies that are working in the White Hall location are 'TOP TIER'. They are very professional, courteous and quick. When I went in last month, I know there were at least 10 people ahead of me. My wait was minimal. This was almost at the end of the day when I made it there (4:00 pm to be exact).
I wanted to share that I visited for the first time and did not know the process. Lashonda took care to explain what paperwork I needed and what I needed to do. She was very polite and friendly and I enjoyed the visit instead of dreading it. Thank you for taking great care of me.
