Never, Never , Never consider this company for a move. This is my experience today. My move was booked 10/10/22 after talking with customer service rep Shawnna. Move was scheduled for today 10/19/22 and time was to be between 9 and 9:30. At 10:30 I began calling to find out where they were. No calls returned after leaving message after message in any extension I was given. At one point a young woman did come on the line who then transferred me to the "boss". Signed a contract with them for design services for a project we are doing. Once deliveries started showing up no one was there to receive them. I am now spending thousands of dollars rerouting deliveries to other warehouses or back to vendors to hold. Myself and my staff call and email Shawnna countless times and never receive a response. The idea of "white glove" is that they are on top of their game and provide excellent service, they seem more like a scam to me.
