Updated Review: Here we are five months after our move and White Glove is still giving us the runaround for the money they owe us for the damage their movers caused to our furniture. Every time we call we’re told we will get a call back, which never comes. Great if you want to be gaslit and without communication throughout the process, then get your TV broken.
White Glove was absolutely amazing for our move. I was alone with the team all day and never once felt u comfortable. In fact, they were so efficient and lovely that we had an endless stream of fellow new home owners trying to steal them from us at the storage unit, it was very funny. Our team worked tirelessly all day to get us into our new home, which would have been impossible in my current health. Thank you WG!
