Customer service is excellent. Alex answered my calls no matter what time and which day I called him. Loading and unloading staff is very professional. WG sent a crew with a supervisor (Mr. Stone), who is very courteous and professional. I am extremely pleased and satisfied customer.
My husband was in hospital and I was with him on moving day . A close cousin and my son "directed" the moving for me, and had highest praise for the team you sent.
Tyrone and his team did a great job - great service, great price.
I pre packed most- not all- of my items before arrival and the crew who picked up my freight seemed efficient, professional and fastidious with moving the bins and packing the pre designated items I had not pre packed. Prior and immediately after pick up, it seemed there was good communication from the home office but no real definitive date for arrival, just a very long window.
