Great service, guys put in a ton of effort, even when the booking ran way longer than we thought. Took care of everything wonderfully, and the GM was a lovely lady to talk to pre-booking etc. would use to move Nanna remotely if I had to. That should say it all.
The absolute WORST removalists I have ever used. Pennie, who works in the office, was incredibly rude and wouldn’t even listen or properly record what we needed, which resulted in the wrong truck being supplied, more men needed on the day and my husband having to work 8 hours helping them move as they wouldn’t stop whinging about how big the job was! DO NOT USE!!! And don’t let them try and convince you it’s a “quality” service as it’s definitely not!
Both Alex and Jason were excellent. They managed my move very well, were very friendly and professional. I can not fault the service. I am a repeat customer and wouldn’t do it without employing these guys. Thank you to all involved. My move went very smoothly. Leah
