Where to start? Let's start with the horrid little troll named Jimmy. He implies he is the owner of the company and promises the moon, over sells the contract and then tells you he knows everything about your items. After the contract is signed, EVERYTHING, changes. A bad experience that cost me time and money when I could of had a serious company come to help. James and his gf were quick to show up and take the jewelry off me at a fraction of actual value, as expected... promised/agreed to set up an estate sale in 3 weeks due to their current schedule allowance (knowing I am from out of state & taking off work until this is finished) and of course when it was time to have that sale I phoned a few days before to make sure we were still on b/c I had not heard anything from White Glove Es... read more
