Nothing, but problem after problem after problem. My recently widowed and medically unstable grandmother has been let down by this agency so many times. Constant no call, no shows, never gets sent a replacement… One time an aide showed up, knocked on the front door and nobody answered (because my grandmother was asleep) and the lady just straight up LEFT and nobody contacted the family.
