Nothing, but problem after problem after problem. My recently widowed and medically unstable grandmother has been let down by this agency so many times. Constant no call, no shows, never gets sent a replacement… One time an aide showed up, knocked on the front door and nobody answered (because my grandmother was asleep) and the lady just straight up LEFT and nobody contacted the family. Constant problems with Friday and Saturday coverage for my 83 year old mother. No call no show nearly every weekend and never a replacement. Thank god our Sunday -Thursday aide is perfect or I would only be giving one star. Always rushed off the phone when trying to resolve these issues and never find a satisfactory solution.
