Car was spotless clean. Company did not provide snorkel equipment as stated in the agreement but compensated me for purchasing new ones. Good communicated. Short walk to car from cruise port.

White Glove provided an exceptional service while we were in Maui for two days. We came in on the POA and we’re pleased at every step of the process. They provide a shuttle from the pier directly to their location. They addressed us by name and were waiting for us. We rented a jeep which included the beach chairs, umbrella, and snorkel gear. When it was time to return the jeep, Shawn drove us back directly to the pier. Absolutely the best service we had on all of the islands and I would highly recommend them.

Great experience! The staff was friendly and super accommodating. The car was clean, well-maintained, and ran perfectly. You can tell they really take care of their vehicles. Highly recommend and would definitely rent from them again!

Kevin is professional in every way. He was flexible and shaped car for very small fee when we needed bigger car for 2nd day. Cars were maintained very well and it was very smooth ride all along.. cars had Androod/Apple auto which was easy to use around Maui. I would recommend him for any car rental. He pickup & drop off also on-time, communicated about arrival time in advance and picked all of us on-time.
