Great experience! The staff was friendly and super accommodating. The car was clean, well-maintained, and ran perfectly. You can tell they really take care of their vehicles. Highly recommend and would definitely rent from them again!
Kevin is professional in every way. He was flexible and shaped car for very small fee when we needed bigger car for 2nd day. Cars were maintained very well and it was very smooth ride all along.. cars had Androod/Apple auto which was easy to use around Maui. I would recommend him for any car rental. He pickup & drop off also on-time, communicated about arrival time in advance and picked all of us on-time.
Highly recommend White Glove! Kevin was very reliable and picked us up whenever we needed. Great car (Mustang convertible) and he provided beach chairs, umbrellas, and snorkel equipment. Very convenient - we will definitely use White Glove on our next trip!
White glove car rentals will be my go-to rental place on Maui from now on! Incredible service!! Our plane wasn't scheduled to land until 10:55 p.m. . None of the big box chain car rental places were open that late, and I thought I was going to be hooped. Found white glove car rentals, 24-hour service. And do they mean it! Our flight was delayed leaving home, so we didn't land until almost 11: 40pm, and they met us at the airport with our Jeep, and a smile!
