Update July 2025: after some time I came back because of my amazing therapist/aesthetician, Mindy. I updated my review to 4/5 starts (for now). She ensures I receive amazing customer service, and is the reason I gave white elm another chance. Hydrafacial with Ariana was a 10/10. Adorable & tranquil spa. So many pleasing smells throughout the business. I would definitely recommend.
I had service at this spa in August 2024,for my birthday, I chose this spa because it seemed to have good reviews and they had a special with a facial and a massage with lunch at a good price. Well they didn't exactly meet my expectations of a luxury spa due to a few things that include: 1. It's very far out, and they give off this farm house vibe with good scenery, but really it was all dirt and dead plants and cluttered. 2. I had a wonderful afternoon with a friend at White Elm day spa celebrating Mother’s Day! We had massages and facials and both were heavenly. We enjoyed a delicious lunch in the dining room and then spent time in the hot tub before returning to reality. Thank you for an amazing day!
I’ve been to most the massage places in town, and White Elm is definitely my favorite. The ambience is cozy and tranquil, and my go-to masseuse (Sydney) is SO GOOD. I went for a prenatal massage almost a year ago and came back for a regular massage today, and not only did she do a wonderful job both times but also she remembered me and my specific accommodation needs related to my disability. Top notch service!
