I called there as a first time client for a massage. I was quoted at $48 and they were able to squeeze me in. Then they called me 10 minutes later to say the had an earlier appointment. The massage was great. come to find out they charged me $73. I called to clarify and got a very rude response by McKenna. "Well it was an extra 30 minutes, it's not free". I clearly reiterated that I was quoted at $48. sounds like a bait and switch type of place to me. Overly pretentious, I don't recommend it at all.

from booking to the goodbye water everything is a great experience. clean white calming environment and massage that takes away the stress. should be mandatory for all!
