I had severe, debilitating pain in my left shoulder and neck (I finally discovered a pain worse than childbirth). Marcia Pace at The White Cottage work VERY hard on me, and used great patience during positioning, as I just about cried every time I had to move. I followed her aftercare instructions, and got back to work the next day with only small twinges of pain.
