I got a Christmas gift from a friend from this store with a gift receipt. Unfortunately it was something I did need to return/exchange. The policy was very strict and you must be there before January 8th and it’s only store credit. I rearranged my schedule to find time to get to the store before January 8th. I selected a different item in the store and when I went to go do the exchange with a gift receipt they were having trouble figuring it out. This store is beautiful. I can find everything here from a card to a baby gift, a charcuterie board with a cookbook and specialty oils to carefully chosen boutique clothing. It's the perfect gift store for myself and everyone I buy for.
I bought some gifts for someone from here. When I went to checkout, the cashier ran out of the store because she forgot to ring up the previous customers full order and had to go stop that customer. When she rung up my order, she didn’t inform me that my purchase was not returnable because it is classified as a holiday item. Nor did she mark anything in the receipt indicating this.
