I drove all the way to this bank because they were supposed to be open until 6 pm, i get there and nobody's home.This Bank isn't competent enough to work the hours they have posted on Google. I feel sorry for people who actually let them manage their money. Another Whitaker Bank shot or shall I say, Brick shot.
Been banking with them for 5 years. Always nice and helpful.
Horrible experience. Zero customer service and by that I mean these people had me waiting on the phone for over an hour. Terrible. I am disgusted
