This location for the last 3 weeks has lost my checks deposited every Friday by me driving up there and handing someone straight the check and yet it continues to happen. They hire people who can’t count I at one time had someone not even put in the correct amount I handed them looked at the receipt turned around and made a complaint and it as fixed but too often this bank causes money to go missing or has it deposited a week later. After doing business with this bank for 3 to 4 years, always On time on my payments. They always find ways to charge you the overdraft fee, Bank does not have any sort of deposit at their ATM. You have to do mobile deposit for your checks and somebody in the back end that does the check processing and all. I deposited a check at 4:30pm and I did so because I tested positive for COVID that morning and didn’t want to go to the bank and transmit the virus so I did the mobile deposit and they delayed until the next morning and c... read more
