I've been using Whit Davis for my lumber needs for a long time, I liked the process of driving in the warehouse to pickup the lumber and talk with the employees abit while they/we would work together to make sure I got good quality wood for my projects. This being said my last visit was not as pleasurable, I placed my order ok but when I came around to go in the warehouse the employees had already pulled my small order of 8 boards, yea I'm just a diy guy, anyways they are sitting there on a forklift outside the warehouse wit... read more
The customer service by management there was terrible when they messed up my order. There was never an indication the problems would be fixed either so I will never go back. Ridout or Home Depot are better staffed.
