I have had regular appointments with Abbey for over 12 months. In this time she has used massage and other therapies to help address many issues, both physical and emotional. Her work has helped with problems such as muscle tension, pain, stress, ‘stuck’ emotions, digestion problems and more. I absolutely recommend Abbey for chronic and acute conditions. I came to know of her work due to a work colleague's complete transformation in posture and mindset. Combining a number of healing modalities, Abbey works on a very deep level to allow healing to take place. From a very twisted lower back condition, to supporting my disregulated nervous system, Abbey has done wonders.
