This is an amazing service. I waited till last minute to book the shuttle and Katy (Katie?) who helped me on the phone was so nice and got us booked right away, explained how to find the kiosk for the company in the airport and sent over confirmations. Easy to find right in baggage claim of YVR and then the clerk was super helpful to show us where to find the driver and the shuttle. Jim, our driver was absolutely incredible. He went over and above to help us (two 20 year old girls) with a lot of luggage get from Whistler to Lionsgate hospital in Vancouver after a medical emergency for a friend. He was kind and reassuring, navigating us around Vancouver whilst also providing top service us as well as a separate family of 9. Thank you so much Jim - we couldn’t be more grateful for everything you did for us yesterday!
Whistler Shuttle was awesome! It was a very busy pickup from Vancouver Airport and the shuttle was quite full. It was Thursday, February 6th, and everything was quickly gearing up for incoming participants, along with their gear and adaptivity devices, for Prince Harry's "Invictus Games" to start in 2 days, Saturday, 2/8. Rob was the most amazing human and driver that I’ve ever encountered in my life. He was punctual, friendly, warm and helpful and got us there safely and timely even though the conditions were extremely bad and snowing hard the whole ride. He is clearly also experienced because I left my cross body bag with my passport wallet and keys and he came back into the airport after dropping us to find me and give it to me, which obviously saved my entire trip.
