Top notch service! Our assigned driver (Ben) was on time to pick us up at YVR and extremely friendly. He took time to explain the bathroom options on the way to Whistler, and to let him know if the A/C was on too high or low. We also appreciated the company did not cancel out assigned pickup, as the # passengers on our run from YVR to Whistler was low. Highly recommended service!
On time, friendly great drivers. When my son found out that someone (en route back to Vancouver from the Caribbean) accidently took his 20-year old, discontinued, blue suitcase off the luggage carousel at the Van. and left his suitcase instead, he was beside himself. We located the man, the suitcase and Whistler Connection’s drove my son to Squamish for FREE to exchange his bag for the right one then drove him back to Whistler. They didn’t have to do that. They are number one in my books.
TJ was an awesome driver from Vancouver to Whistler! Very sweet, helped with our baggage, very friendly and welcoming! The scenic view from the bus was awesome!
Super easy to follow their instructions. Bus was super nice and our driver Chris was so nice and helpful! Highly recommend.
Arrived due to delayed flight Monday 8pm. Tim the driver asked politely if we needed anything i. e. temperature, toilet breaks before setting off and allowing us tired passengers to relax. Got us to the hotel for 10.30pm (2 hours when it should have been 2.5-3 hours). Absolute champion 🙏. Shout out to the helpful lady at the connection desk at YVR airport.
