On time, friendly great drivers who can navigate the roan in rain and snow. Also, staff went "over and above" for my family. In March 2025, my son discovered that someone (en route back to Vancouver from the Caribbean) accidently took his 20-year old, discontinued, blue, no particular brand name suitcase. I booked my transfer to Whistler more than a month in advance and clearly indicated that I would be traveling with a baby. However, upon arrival at the airport, I was informed that the minibus assigned to us could not accommodate a car seat and that I would have to hold my baby on my lap for the entire drive to Whistler — a highway journey of over two hours. We used Whistler Connection for our wedding Shuttles from Whistler to Pemberton and back and everything turned out perfectly. The team was very easy to book with and communicate with throughout the planning process. All shuttles showed up on time in the right places and the buses were very comfortable and clean. Thank you!
Whistler Connection has been my go-to for years, and for good reason. Pickups in Whistler are always punctual, and at the airport they honor their waiting-time promises without fail. More importantly, their drivers prioritize safety on what can often be treacherous roads—while also being unfailingly polite.
