Arrived due to delayed flight Monday 8pm. Tim the driver asked politely if we needed anything i. e. temperature, toilet breaks before setting off and allowing us tired passengers to relax. Got us to the hotel for 10.30pm (2 hours when it should have been 2.5-3 hours). Absolute champion 🙏. Shout out to the helpful lady at the connection desk at YVR airport. We booked the shuttle up to Whistler and back but at the last minute decided to make a stop on the way down….so I asked to book a car and have them wait while we made the stop, only to find out that it WASN’t on the way down but the other direction. Carolyn Crompton not only kindly educated me but THEN proceeded to provide me with 3 alternate ways to get there that didn’t include them…along with costing and bus schedule and what cost should be if I booked a taxi! On time, friendly great drivers. When my son found out that someone else took his suitcase, Whistler Connection’s drove him back to Squamish for free to exchange his bag and return to Whistler. They didn’t have to do that. They are number one in my books.

My daughter realised she left something on the shuttle after we were dropped at the airport and the staff went above and beyond to get it to back her!! So accomodating and lovely. Thank you driver Chris :)

Thank you Mia and Effie for helping us with our booking! We had a few changes to our booking and the team provided excellent service. We will definitely use WC again on our next visit!
