Antique mall There are several different shops here put into a mall. The mall is setup like a train. It was fun to browse, but we didn't buy anything. There is a wide selection of items.
The Owner Is A Suspected Thief. After having rented a showcase I discovered that there's an employee with sticky fingers who will steal from locked showcases; my partner had over $2,000 worth of gold jewelry taken from his locked case. The owner claimed that "somebody off the street picked the lock," but what thief has the time to do this and lock the case back while under surveilance of the security cameras? Small Cafe Enhances Shopping Experience This is a small cafe insde the Whistle Stop Antique store. The decor surrounding the cafe is fun - they have antique cars, posters, signs and so on that really make the cafe very quaint. The food is just the usual cafe items - hamburgers, cheese burgers and so on. It is a fun little place to eat, and I know that children really enjoy seeing the old cars and stuff. A fun place to go on a lazy Saturday afternoon. Eat and the enjoy the shops.
Good Furniture Stopped in at this place during a road trip, and was pleasantly suprised at the variety of furniture and antiques. A friendly staff and affordable prices makes this place a must
Antique Mall A slightly different and unique antique mall with a variety of shops and some very nicely priced items. Great fun for a casual day of strolling and searching as you never know what you might find!
A blast to visit This store is so much fun to visit. The first time I went, my husband and I spent several hours walking through the isles and enjoying all of the unusual items this store has. This isn't your typical antique store with tons of glass cases and a "hands-off" policy. It is very laid back, with most items out in the open where you can enjoy them. They have so many neat things, and I thought that the prices were excellent. A great place to shop for gifts or just to browse.
